Return to the days of yesteryear
Cindy Sheehan was arrested for wearing a T-shirt that asked a question during King George’s State of the Union address. The wife of Rep Bill Young (R-FL) was removed from the gallery for wearing a T-shirt that said “Support the troops - defending our freedom.” The Capitol Police told Ms. Young her shirt was a demonstration.
Her husband held up her shirt on the Capitol floor today and said “shame, shame.” Oddly, he made no mention of Cindy Sheehan at all.
Does it sound like the Capitol Police are being evenhanded, at least? Recognize that Ms. Young was removed from the gallery. Ms. Sheehan spent the night in jail. Such a clear difference in the way they were treated indicates the content, not the act of wearing a tee-shirt with a message - was what they punished Cindy for.
The tee-shirt alone is not just cause for action, per settled law. The message she was jailed for directly violated her rights.
But don’t worry, it will get worse. Crooks like these will not stop short of bloodshed. They are mass murderers, you see.
When that day comes, like it came to Kent State and Jackson State during the last unpopular war, the only thing I wonder about is whether they’ll give the victims a proper burial, or will Cheney be allowed to eat them whole?
“Shame, shame” only works with non-sociopaths, who have some.

I think he meant it was a shame that a decent honest woman would get treated like that lefty whore. In defence of the capitol police - they didn’t treat her the same.

In this mad rush to outpatriot each other, i think folks SHOULD be aware of the following— http://www.phpbbforfree.com/forums/eminemsrevengea-about235.html —the secret “tax” on SUPPORTING THE TROOPS…but in a country that is “spreading” democracy abroad whilst employing Stalinistic policies at home…what can you REALLY expect???!!!!

When did that customs fee get introduced? I sent a Care package in Christmas 2004 and there was no fee.
