Whatever happened to using our justice system to go after real criminals like, say…. Osama? Or is it just that he’s harder to see with his well-coiffed hair and pale skin?

Oddly enough nobody discussing this in any of the dozen or two diaries attacking McKinney at dKos mentioned that the police chief had felt obliged to apologise to McKinney over the incident.
Seems odd to go from apologising for the incident to trying to get the person you apologised to arrested. I wonder what happened in between.
