If it says Libby on the Libel…

Jeralyn provides pointers on the Lewis Libby counter-filing.

I still think he’s playing ‘good soldier’ more than ‘kiss-and-teller’, but that’s just a gut call. The gut also says Fitzgerald is a long way from playing all his cards and ultimately, Libby’s not the guy where the biggest convictions will come from.
