Here it comes, and Surprise! It can be summed up as:
And with Rove’s vaunted GOTV micromanagement planning, you can bet that three House races in Connecticut where Dems stand a good chance could be lost to the GOP turnout on the coattails of Joe Lieberman. (I can’t fault CT Democrats for that; this is clearly Republican voters at work. But Joey Two Times, in his incapacity to find paying work elsewhere, is hurting the Dem party in more than his race alone.
As for the October surprises besides that? If the Dem party can’t counter easily that strategy with their own ad, then they are as useless as a Senate vote with a Lieberman involved.
Besides, events Rove can’t control may trump every habit he pulls outa his hat.
