Hiding Behind Children

From the Baltimore Sun story about the smearing of the middle class Frost family and their brain-injured children:

Pelosi fired back yesterday.

"I think that the attack on this family is just breaking new ground and
stooping to new lows in terms of what happens in Washington, D.C.," she
told reporters. "I think it’s a sad statement about how bankrupt some
of these people are in their arguments against SCHIP that they attack a
12-year-old."

She shoots and misses wide to the right.  Note to Dem Leadership:  this has not ever been about the 12-year old boy, as deserving as his story is of attention.   This fight is about the GOP’s widening war on the middle class.  Do not be afraid to make the case that the middle class in this country is deep and wide and productive, brave and true and deserves to benefit from the richest economy on the planet because they contribute to its creation.  We own it.  We should reap the rewards of work at least as much as the super rich reap the rewards of wealth.   Health care is our right.

Of course, taking that stand would make the insurance companies nervous and it would make the American Kletocracy more nervous than usual to think that the middle class is starting to feel like they own and deserve anything, which means that the Dems will do what the RWNM is accusing them of doing: hiding behind the children.

    “Health care is our right.”

Where is this enumerated in the Bill of Rights?
