More details on the Telecom Illegal Wiretapping Amnesty Compromise
The NYTimes provides more details on the compromise with the Senate Intelligence Committee.
As I noted in my earlier post, Judiciary Committee Senators Arlen Specter and Pat Leahy now remain the only remaining hurdles to handing away the Fourth Amendment in our Bill of Rights, which is an overt legalization of a fascist government, should this or any future President want one.
That’s not tinfoil hat theory. It only takes an understanding of the Constution and historical fascist regimes, to see it for what it is.
