It’s been awhile since I plugged for an awards for someone, but since Best Military Blog didn’t give a choice of Intel Dump, I STRONGLY encourage folks to go vote for Army of Dude.
A returned soldier who was willing to criticize the war while in Iraq, Alex really deserves the support, and he’s well back in third on this second day of voting.

For Best Blog, you don’t really want Malkin or Captain Ed to win, do you?
For Best New Blog, there’s no liberals at all. A conservative, Jammy Wearing Fool is just behind a neat photo blog, DeputyDog. Fprtunately Commentary is far behind, but you might like giving the depdog some love.
For Funniest Blog, the conservative DUmmy FUnnies is wayyyy out in front, and Boobs, Injuries and Dr. Pepper is a solid #2 with its decent anecdotal stories. Way back in 3rd and 4th are Sadly No! and Jon Swift, in a virtual tie. Both could use your support.
Best Political Coverage is loaded with conservatives. Raw Story’s Larisa Alexandrovna writes At-Largely and needs a lot of support. RealClearPolitics is way out in front, but it’d be nice to see her at least make #2.
Best Individual Blogger is loaded with conservatives. The one clear leader is Lindsay Beyerstein of Majikthise. Right now she’s third behind Instypundit and The Anchoress. Please go fix that error.
And for Best of the Top 3501 - 5000 Blogs, please give it up for Prometheus 6. Earl deserves the extra attention.
There’s lots more categories, some I haven’t checked yet. But these are ones where your help would be valued, at least.

You wouldn’t really put Morrissey down at the same level as Malkin, would you? Sure, if I were you I’d support a lefty blogger as well. All I’m saying is, Morrissey is a much more thoughtful blogger than Malkin, is all I’m saying.
