I think it’s a good day to donate to Dennis

Cernig covers the elements under consideration pretty thoroughly. I’ll add another note for all to consider.

Kucinich, like Jimmy Carter, has seen a flying object that none could identify. He’s also seen the dangerous words and actions of a key architect of numerous foreign policy disasters and recognizes which of the two require a protective shield to keep our country safe.

Chris Dodd, for defending the Constitution, got a sudden groundswell of campaign funding support. Ron Paul just got the same for opposing the most unpopular war America launched since the one begun by Eisenhower sending military advisers in half a century ago.

Kucinich has opposed the war from the outset, has fought illegal wiretapping and has been right on every foreign policy issue I’m aware of, throughout the post 9-11 era. Now he’s trying to take out a principal actor who inflicted all those problems on us.

It’s not about whether he can win, but can’t we muster achunk of change for Kucinich to send a message of approval to our Congressional leaders?

We certainly should.

    Donate!

Give Kucinich every cent you have!

I love it when this moron humiliates his own party.

  2. chuck Says:

Finally the Dems had a chance to show the American people what the Party is all about and it was foiled again. Either Chimpy mchaliburton threatened to crash planes into the capitol instead of just the WTC, or Blackwater threatened to burn down more of the Hollywood Freedom Fighters houses. Don’t despair the truth will come out the Nation will find out that not only was John Kerry running secret missions in Cambodia on Christmas, he has the magic hat to prove it, but Cheney is an alien Lizardoid incharge of destroying America so that the other aliens can take over, Dennis saw their space ship as did Randi Rhodes until they knoked her out with their stunners last week. Hold on I need to take my meds

  3. Kevin Hayden Says:

Cheney has a record as wide as an Exxon oil spill and ethics as dark and thin. Kucinich actually has a great voting reccord, all the way back to his mayoralty.

Goof on him all you want, but he’s never embarrassed me. Unlike the tortures and mass murders and grand larceny of the current administration, which would make Emma Lazarus ashamed to admit being a part of such a country.

  4. Positive Reinforcement » Comments from Left Field Says:

[…] Kevin Hayden of America Street is dead right when he adds Dennis Kucinich to the list for his attempt to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney. […]

  5. Kyle E. Moore Says:

You’re right on this one Kevin. Very right. Being the shill that I am, it’s difficult for me to criticize my party so heavily without an answer, and this comes very close to what I’ve been saying for a while; when Democrats do get it right, they need to hear the good as much as they hear the bad when they screw up.

So I’m in. Post’s up, and there’s a link directly to the donate page on Dennis’ campaign website.

And I say this even though I’m voting for Obama. :)

  6. Orlandoblkman Says:

YES…We all know by now that the Democrats have sold us out to the NEW WORLD ORDER.

The Satanic ILLUMINATI families that secretly run America are making their move like never before.

But only an informed and educated public can rise against them and stop this madness.

Did you know that in Patriot Act 1 anyone with a “christian identity” is labeled by the government a TERRORIST?

Did you know that Patriot 1 states that anyone who is a “Defender Of The U.S.Constitution” is a terrorist?

WHO WILL STOP THIS HITLER TYPE INSANITY?

  7. blues Says:

The Constitutionally mandated Oath Of Office says absolutely nothing about “keeping promises to voters,” or pleasing “independents.” The Constitution says, in big bold print YOU MAY IMPEACH if they violate. PERIOD! They violated. The duty is simply to impeach.

    Article II, Section 4:

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

From a (time stamped) post by me at around midnight last night on My Left Wing:

I Have thoroughly searched through the (liberal?) Truthout internet news service’s huge front page, and have not found the slightest trace of a story about the Kucinich resolution to impeach Cheney that was sent to the House floor today. Democrats voted to table (kill) it; Republicans forced the proposal to be referred to the House Judiciary Committee. Buzzflash has full-screen headline at the top of its front page. See for yourself! What is it with Truthout??? I guess the truth is out to lunch with them.

Finally, I found at 11:00 AM EST, Nov. 7 that Truthout has put something up. It’s very inconspicuously placed on the front page, and they do not even bother writing their own story on this. They simply echo the LA Times. Look at this spin:

    Truthout:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) and her lieutenants maneuvered to avoid a bruising floor fight. Such a clash would have forced Democrats to choose between their liberal base, which might cheer a Cheney impeachment, and a broader electorate, which might view the resolution as a partisan game in a time of war.

With the vote technically slated to last 15 minutes, she held voting open for more than an hour and finally forced the measure to an uncertain future in the committee.

That referral effectively shelved the issue for now, but not before the resolution’s sponsor, Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich, a far-left Ohio Democrat running for president, had a chance to read into the record three articles of impeachment against the vice president.

I looked at 10 other progressive news services including Raw Story, Citizens For Legitimate Government, Common Dreams, Buzzflash — They all ran big with it (AntiWar.com did not).

Can anyone now claim that this Truthout to be anything more or less than a stealth Democratic Party mouthpiece? Look at this part of it:

Such a clash would have forced Democrats to choose between their liberal base, which might cheer a Cheney impeachment, and a broader electorate, which might view the resolution as a partisan game in a time of war.

TIME OF WAR??? A war which the Democrats have helped get started. A war that I heard Bush explicitly say was needed “because of 9/11!” So. We can’t impeach Bush because of the war we mistakenly helped him start, because we were bamboozled with 9/11. Anybody with any sense should be nearly certain that this whole 9/11 thing was a “false-flag” operation, probably perpetrated by some U.S. agency (probably the Democratic Party). And Iran, whose army the Congress has labeled as terrorists, looks to be next. Then China and Russia.

I have not been blogging here so much because I have been wasting my time at those “progressive” sites that are controlled by the criminal Democrats. (As is Truthout, which has its very own little spot of paranoia: AOL/Microsoft-Hotmail Preventing Delivery of Truthout Communications — HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Well I have had it being held hostage to these internet FRAUDS!

I think I will just go down to City Hall and change my party registration to “Green.” Then, for the very first time since the wars first broke out, I will march in the street. In protest against the Democrats.

  8. Kevin Hayden Says:

Hey Ma! Check the lockers! The neighbor’s children have been gettin’ to the loco weed and they’re displayin that 6th grade humor ag’in.

  9. blues Says:

I am very angry, Kevin. I may not come back to the internet for a week. (Doctor’s orders.)
