Nine Hundred Lies

900 Lies. From Pissed in NYC, the post I was looking for. Titled This Is News? PiNYC (otherwise known as GMB) writes:

Study: Bush, officials made false statements prior to Iraq war. Sadly, for many, the answer is yes. That said, what’s the likelihood any media outlet is going to really examine the study?

Well, she nailed it. Today the news is of Heath Ledger’s death and foreign markets’ reaction to the Fed rate cut, but 900 lies that got us into a war (hmmmm…..an impeachable offense?) meh.

A study by two nonprofit journalism organizations found that President Bush and top administration officials issued hundreds of false statements about the national security threat from Iraq in the two years following the 2001 terrorist attacks.

The study concluded that the statements “were part of an orchestrated campaign that effectively galvanized public opinion and, in the process, led the nation to war under decidedly false pretenses.”

The study was posted Tuesday on the Web site of the Center for Public Integrity, which worked with the Fund for Independence in Journalism.

I watched MSNBC this morning. (I realize that it’s just about time for a Morning Joe intervention for DCup). On their early, early segment First Look, there was a brief story about this. But it didn’t warrant a mention on Morning Joe. Nope, too busy discussing the presidential horse raise, mocking the Clintons, and discussing Heath Ledger’s death. Oh yeah, that cousin of the Crypt Keeper Larry Kudlow also made a phone appearance to talk about what the rich think should be done about that economy. That was aces.

But 900 lies to war? Big yawn. 900 lies. 900 little fibs. Thousands of deaths. You know. Whatever.

Media Lies

I’ve already heard the Republican’ts spin on this being a Soros-funded propaganda effort. As well as comments about the Center for Public Integrity being prejudiced against the current administration - so just ignore this partisan operation.

Funny how they never seem to notice the partisan operations from the Heritage Fund or any of the Scaife sponsored “think tanks”. Just the ones they (falsely) claim are being subsidized from those they think are liberal.

After watching the news and Bush in the sword dance clearly links a lot of the ideals in Judgments with actions taken in this Iraq war. America has been fighting a war for the Arabs via Bush and Company. The Center for Integrity clearly shows the run up to the war was an out right lie, and media supported frenzy, all complicit in histories most horrific play to write a wrong history.

The horror is the Islamic stronghold on not only America business, education, and politics, Arabs under the radar manipulate American observation through Americas very own Mainstream Media. Here, Islam is a very powerful force in this election for President. That’s why it is important to debate and consider the cultural clock that has been controlled, and now is definitely linked by Obama blood to Islam Arabs. This can influence powerful politics of the Democrats like Obama. Which may not be good for America, here, America likely needs a long romance and honeymoon to understand more about this cultural clock inside of Obama. A longer warm up time is needed to find out about Obama for what he will do compared to what he says.

Please all understand that I personally like Obama, but America needs to recognized and realize what are the consequences of change with a man who is a half breed, the blood from middle America, in Kansas, and the from the blood of a devoted Islamic father basically of Arabic fundamentalist. Yes, Obama makes the claim he is Christian, anyone can, but one makes the complete leap and in honor and support usually takes on a new name, in Obama’s case why not a Christian name? Even basic American Plains Indians in America have done that.

So, here America has a half breed, part Kansas, and part Arab Islamic from a devoted father who left him and his mother, Obama holds his hand on the bible committing his self to Christianity, yet keeping the name Hussein which we know will have an extraordinary impact on the entire Middle East. But, in what way, Bill Clinton is right even though critics bash Bill Clinton; by saying Obama is the roll of the dice, or is a fairy tail which eludes from Obama’s link to Kansas his mother and America’s most treasured fairy tail “The wizard of OZ” which exposed the wizard who was not. Which Clinton obviously perceives Obama as not the President we need now.

After reading the book Obama wrote called the “Audacity of Hope” clearly shows and exposes very Anti-Constitutional ideals that support deep reflection from Islamic beliefs. In one case many stupid and contradictory remarks are made by Obama in his book, yet when one understands he is a half breed, one can see the that core believe in Islam is reflected through his fathers blood. Incredible for Obama to say he offers no Unified theory in American government. A very striking and extraordinary statement for one who taught the Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago for eight to ten years. America should think with caution about this man called Obama.

i am not an obama supporter, but reading this:

just turned my stomach. half breed? take your racist hateful rant elsewhere! i won’t dignify that comment further by negating any of the bullshit in it.

  5. nonnie9999 Says:

hey dcup! know what bugs me? well, there is a very long list of what bugs me, but i will narrow it down for this comment. why do they call it false statements? they are lies, pure and simple. just 4 letters instead of 15. think of all the ink that will be saved by calling them what they are. lies, lies, and more lies!

  6. zak822 Says:

Wouldn’t it be interesting to see the MSM actually cover this story? The most important decision a nation faces is whether to go to war. And they hardly talk about why over 3,000 Americans had to die, with thousands more seriously wounded. Sorry, I’m daydreaming again.

joze46, sounds like another concern troll at work. Sen. Obama is a nice guy, who you then proceed to insult and lambast.

  7. distributorcap Says:

can i just say that joze46 is a complete and utter racist pig

that’s all — he gets no more acknowledgement

  8. joze46 Says:

To some of the posters here.

I deliberately choose the expression, to flush out controversy. I did study the effect of using the term half breed compared to Mulato or mixed blood. All studies suggest a real moral disgust likely perpetuated more by Hollywood cowboy movies with Indians when talking about minorities and half breeds. So you have attention and are likely those who might be in denial if you read on.

Actually everyday Mainstream Media is divisive and smears, snits, and snips on a regular basis.

For those who wonder about to criticize the nice guy Senator Obama you should read his book called “Audacity of Hope” towards the end of the first chapter Obama imagines white Southern Men talking to their son’s saying “NIGER THIS” and “NIGER THAT”. Very striking for a Senator to even to suggest a stupid comment like that in a nationally published book. Plus a whole lot of other stupid comments by the nice guy Obama.

Now here Obama openly said he imagines white Southern men say this stuff.

Obama wrote it you all should ask him about it? Who is the racist pig here?

And this is written long before the election buckoroos.

Thought you might like to know I’m just a Joe six pack.

    - who has bought into the lies of the Putsch junta. Thanks for catapulting the propaganda once more. It should rightly be recognized as a Republican’t spin spreader (won’t tell you, but you can probably well imagine, which piece of farm equipment these screeds being thrown all over this blogwall remind me of) who has nothing to add to the discussion, but serves as a good example of the depths to which traitorous Republican’t enablers will stoop to. I’m surprised that it couldn’t work a few more sound bytes from the religiously insane flavor of Republican’t lies into the useless bile it posted in the comments here.

Funny that none of the long term established relationships that the Illegally Installed Drunken Cokeheaded Deserter has with his Muslim paymasters gets mentioned - just the Republican’t spin on some quotes from Obama’s book. Nor is any of that faux concern for a supposed half muslim possibly being elected similarly expressed about the current pResident and the actual theocratic moves he has made in order to make the US seem more like a nation under sharia.

Unless - wait a minute! Karl Rove, is that you?

  10. joze46 Says:

Hey Tom if anything monkeyball ideals don’t work anywere do they?

It is thoroughly frustrating to believe in a person who has absolutely no record of his own believes. Obama, on a constant rant that he was against the war, but actually has the capability to say anything he wants in this incredible story. All sidelined by major Media, it is the most astonishing happening I have ever thought to witness.

Obama was not in the Senate in 2002 and did not therefore vote for the resolution that authorized the invasion of Iraq.

Obama can say what ever he wants at this point he has no record.

This is worse than a fairy tail; this is an incredible deception by Americans Mainstream Media. From this point forward Ladies and Gentlemen Obama is a phony of the first degree.

You need to read the New Statesman

    http://www.newstatesman.com/200801100000#reader-comments

Very interesting. Obama is pure deception.

After reading Obama’s book “Audacity of Hope”, the last chapter at the end clearly is racial, bigoted, and disgusting. Obama imagines Southern Men talk to their sons saying Niger this and Niger that. Go ahead read it; it’s in the end of the first chapter. In this age white people are criticized for even using the “N” in passing let alone publish this stuff from his imagination. Obama introduced race a long time ago.

More over for a man to teach at the University of Chicago for eight to ten years the Constitution and Law to bring forward to ideal that he, Obama, offers no unified theory of American government has to be the most stupid statement from anyone I’ve ever heard.

    Vote Clinton 2008

  11. greenfield Says:

Race is always an issue… The Declaration of Independence contained racist remarks. Clearly there was some element of backwards ignorant thinking then and your statements are evidence that we still have small minded bigots amongst us today.

Vote Obama 2008 and enable America to realize the dream.
