Obama raises a legitimate question, Clinton & the media call it an attack
Asking for transparency is not a personal attack, not a low blow, and not a vast right wing conspiracy. Obama simply states that the delay raises questions in voter’s minds. He’s asking for nothing but the facts. That’s consistent with his clean style of campaigning.
And for the media to call that attack politics is wrong. It’s even worse hoew the Clinton campaign is calling it, comparing to the overbroad, partisan display that Ken Starr conducted is way beyond the pale.
One side is fighting dirty now, at every turn. And just as they spun the Canada Goolsbee story when it was the Clinton campaign first mentioned as offering the Canadian government private assurances about NAFTA, its Team Clinton that’s digging low for all the dirty tricks.
And the media’s been so cowed by the claims of anti-Clinton bias that now they parrot Clinton talking points instead of stating exactly the games Team Clinton is playing.
I’m not worried that Team Obama might get ugly. It’s already ugly and all because of the Clinton’s.
Just what we need: dirt, mudslinging, doctored photos and secrecy. That’s not change, it’s a mirror of the president we already have.
