I Learned That The Hard Way
See, I got punched, hard, right square in the mouth when I was about seven, too young and too stupid to know better, repeating something I thought was funny to my friend’s older brother that I think I heard on a Bill Cosby record or Flip Wilson skit … and I called him a “boy.”
But I should have known better, and somewhere inside, I did. So there I stood with a bloody lip, knowing I was in the wrong and I should be the one not to retaliate but to apologize. So I did.
Oh, did I mention my friend was black, as was his brother? Sometimes I leave important stuff like that out. You should have been able to figure it out though.
And so should this cracker-ass dickhead, figured it out I mean.
Rep. Geoff Davis (R-KY) on Obama: “I’m going to tell you something: That boy’s finger does not need to be on the button. He could not make a decision in that simulation [”situation”? -Eds] that related to a nuclear threat to this country.”
Thank goodness for The Editors transliteration. Else I would have been even more confused.

Is that a picture of a very young Black man? Hey Boy did you hear me? That is supposed to be racist or class definitive? Yep, I think so, perhaps when one is called a boy they are not that mature yet. A time ago, some Blacks coined terms that surfaced as irregular and biased towards them. Or, as Blacks wanted them, popularized as actually insulting to make race the debate.
Now, what Obama is finding out is, those days are over if you want a Black as President. Obama’s message is clear, be sweet to some especially with money when the doors are closed, and bitter to others that have no money when the door is open. Or, is that other way around? LOL.
One thing jumped out at me on the faith debate of CNN. Here, the entire political analyst across cable stayed away from the ideal Hillary made a point, a superb point, about not being “Bitter” but sharing and experiencing of Grace. Huge difference in the debate and the relationship for what a president needs as a sense of community and faith. Having Grace rather than, Bitterness is a towering example of the difference in Judgement. Obama has no clue and is on a rant to characterize Hillary as Annie Oakley. Well then I’m Roy Rodgers. LOL.
On MSNBC Joe Scar uses the term gut feeling to direct the viewer away from any thing of mental church stuff. Very skillful of direct purpose. So, I know Joe Scar perceived the same thing I did and looked at it as a plus for Hillary yet tucked it away to the gut feeling. Wow wee butter the bias bread buddy. Joe Scar and MSNBC and Andrea Mitchell wife of former Federal Reserve Chairman Privy to trillion dollar connections isn’t elite? Daily making political comments about candidates all the while be connected to trillion dollar decisions is got to be sweet elite. Chris Mathews knows that.

I don’t mean to be rude, but I don’t understand half of what you’re trying to say, Megalomania.
The picture, plus the quote, was an iconic moment on the TV show Good Times. Click it and you’ll learn more about the show.
It was a nearly universal term used by slave-masters referring to adult and even elderly black men. It is unacceptable..
African-Americans did not “coin the term.” Co-opting the word “nigga” (not silent but absent “R”) is another discussion entirely.
See if you can grok this. If it weren’t for many poor people’s faith, their religion, they would be exceedingly bitter. If all they had to hang their dreams on were our dysfunctional government, especially one controlled by the current corporate kleptocracy, they’d be more than just bitter. They’d tear this sucka down.
81% of Americans think were going the wrong way and Hillary is writing McCain’s talking points for him to smooth the path for Bush’s third term, only more warmonger like with less compassion or understanding of the economy (god help us). Who’s out of touch again?
Nigga Puh-leeze.

By the way Rep. Davis is only a few years older than Obama. So the idea of “boy” as a young man is silly. Personally I think Geoff Davis was ordered to put the day’s “Obama dangerous on security” meme into the media’s daily talking point, but the ignorant hack’s subconcious let loose a little racist
key word.
People can say what they want about this country’s racial attitudes but the days of overt racism are long gone. People don’t like it and the younger they are the less they like it. Good ol’ boy Geoff Davis may be history. That is if the Democrats have any sense and can use this little expose of the Republican Davis heart of hearts.
