Iraqi vet, an Edwards delegate, shifts vote to Obama

Via the Boston Globe:

Joshua Denton of Portsmouth, 26, an Iraq war veteran, says he thinks that both Obama and Hillary Clinton would be a better president than Republican nominee John McCain. He thinks that Obama is the change the country needs, along with having the best chance of beating McCain in the general election.

And

Regarding Edwards, “I liked his populist message and I thought he had the best chance of not just winning, but winning big for the party in both Senate seats and House seats,” said Denton, the New Hampshire State Team Captain of VoteVets.org, a veterans advocacy group.

Veterans will be critical to defeat McCain.
