And the reason? Because (though they deny it) Obama has already said ‘No.’
When you’re raised in a comfortable Goldwater supporting upper class family, you get used to having your way. Let Obama, the DNC, the Dem party, and others figure out what to do with its spoiled children. My years of mediating skills now are beyond my grasp, my mostly moderate tone is at an end.
Hillary Clinton is a fucking asshole, her husband is, too. They turned their backs on poor people like myself years ago and I’d now consider moving to New York just to vote against her in any office she ever runs for again.
Open civil warfare? Who the fuck does she think she is? She’s certainly not the party. She’s a Blue Dog Dem on everything but Roe v. Wade and kiddiecare. She won’t apologize for her vote on Iraq and the hundreds of thousands murdered there.
Go back to the Republican Party, Hillary and take Pal Joey Loserman with you. You lost the primaries according to the rules and when the rest of the supers weign in in the next two weeks, it’ll be official.
I have every right to be pissed at this sort of party destroying bullshit. And your supporters have the right to cut off their noses to spite their faces. There’s reasons not to. But this is a democracy and I’ve seen plenty of other voters dig their own blue dog graves before.
And here’s my prediction: if it’s civil war she wants, she’ll be ineffective at that, too. Just like she was with national healthcare. Just like she was on Iraq. She may be a tough competitor on the campaign trail, but then, so was Nixon. He tried to cheat his way in, too, and is not remembered fondly. So bring it on Hillary. Ruin the party and perpetuate the Bush hellholes if you can.
I think the election’s about the best interests of Americans. Excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me for not knowing it’s only about you.
