Beam yourself down, Scotty
While his book will create a few mild shockwaves for its revelations about the Bush White House, former Press Secretary Scott McClellan’s memoir strikes me as the standard stuff: I was an insider to a corrupt group but the head of the group and I weren’t corrupt; we were misled. A typical rightwing public confession.
Most of its SHOCKING revelations are already known or have been easily guessed at previously by anyone non-lobotomized who’s been paying attention. All there really is are enough facts to stimulate more book sales. Redemption and profit, it’s a rightwinger’s perfect answer for rinsing one’s conscience with an expensive but not so rare goblet of whine.

Kevin, it’s not that he says anything we haven’t been saying right along. it’s that he confirms it. This is a close to an official source outing the mendacity of the administration — while Bush is still in office.
It’s big becasue it can’t be ignored by the MSM, like they did when the rumors of the book first cam out six months ago.

Wow, could I have had any more typos in that last comment?

Yes, Bush “veered TERRIBLY OFF course” — Scott McClellan’s own words –, and the country is NOW paying the TERRIBLE prize for it. SHAMEFUL.

Hillary run will be damaged by this book. She was sucked into the War Game as much as McCain.
