Did Jack Wagner abuse Heather?

My first thought: Who’s Jack Wagner?

My second: Oh. Him.

According to sources close to the pair… wait a second. Is the news day so slow that instead of watching the Senate kill the 4th amendment, making Republicans and Independents less free -just like the Democrats - that people really think this is important stuff?

Apparently. George Carlin was right about how fucked up we are as a people. So take away our Constitution and lock us up.

I bet Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner won’t be Googling for us.

WTF is up with the title? There have been no allegations of abuse here. Even rags like the National Enquirer say he’s been totally supportive.

  2. Cultural Norm Says:

He’s clearly got shifty eyes. And why else would a pretty woman be depressed, eh?

  3. #### Says:

How about a family history of depression? She had a cousin who committed suicide. Or hormonal issues. Or two failed marriages to men who were substance abusers, and in one case physically abusive. Or the way Hollyweird treats actresses over 40. The details shouldn’t be that important to anyone but Heather and her family and friends, but you obviously thought it was important enough to report. I suppose you think you’re being very clever by using other people’s misfortunes to attract attention to your oh so important site featuring the more pressing issues of the day, but your header is still misleading and it’s still a shitty thing to do.

  4. Kevin Hayden Says:

Look, I never saw Melrose Place, never heard of Jack Wagner before. It’s clear you have and know a lot about them. And my point is the same: I WASN’T reporting about them. I don’t think anything positive or negative about them. I was reporting on the sad state of our society precisely because I believe many people’s priorities are way fucked up.

Yes, my header is misleading, but to make that point TO THE PEOPLE whose priorities are weird.

You think it’s shitty. You’re entitled to voice an opinion. But it doesn’t negate my point at all: there ARE more pressing issues and I think folks ignoring them to engage in celebrity worship/gossip are, for the most part, ignorant fuckheads. And I’m entitled to my opinion, too.

  5. exit1 Says:

None of that negates the fact that you’re playing right into the hands of the gossips with the false headline. Often people see the headline and don’t read any further. Actors are people too, and depression and spousal abuse are very serious issues.
