$187,300,000

Nearly 1/5th of a billion dollars and neither have offered to spend a single penny on an ad here. Or on many blogs at all.

I’m one not easily impressed by the amount that’s raised or spent to get these guys elected. I can think of a lot of things this country needs where that kind of money could be used to great effect.

    You’re joking right?

    I (and Mark Adams) got so tired of the McCain banner ad that Google Adsense served up on E Pluribus Unum 24/7 that I finally re-configured the adspace for text ads only.

    Like I said, I’ve seen a few ads. But my real point is just that the amount of money raised and spent seems completely ridiculous.
